SERVICE BOOKING - POLICY
1. Initiating Service Requests
To initiate the pickup of service watches or to place orders for straps or spare parts, dealers must SUBMIT THIS FORM.
2. Pickup Arrangements
Upon receipt of your request, we will arrange for pickup through Blue Dart. It is essential that service watches are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Dealers are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all packages. For warranty watches, please refrain from using original boxes and documents; instead, provide photocopies along with appropriate packing materials.
3. Service Reference Number
Once the package arrives at our facility, we will issue a service reference number via SMS within 24 hours. This number should be referenced for all future inquiries or follow-ups. For spare part orders, the service reference number will be issued within 48 hours of form submission.
4. Service Cost Estimation
We will provide a cost estimation for the service via email to the dealers. This estimate must be confirmed by the dealer through email in order to proceed with the service. All confirmations should be submitted via email to ensure timely completion of the service. If we do not receive confirmation from the dealer within 7 days, the service request will be cancelled, and the items will be returned.
5. Payment Process
Upon completion of repairs, our customer service team will contact dealers directly to arrange for payment and confirm dispatch.

6. Courier Limitations
Please note that we are unable to arrange courier pickups from certain remote areas due to the lack of reverse pickup facilities. In such cases, dealers must deposit service watches at the nearest Blue Dart hub.
